Also, today I went around town a bit with matt looking at furniture stores that have lent out items before. I feel more and more confident towards working with him and understanding him and him understanding me too. I don't think he quite understands how little my budget is after paying for perishables for all the shows. He and I also sorta started talking about grad schools. He said I definitely want to seek directing jobs, or at least AD positions, to count towards my experience leading up to school. I feel like I'm going to be so prepared after working with many different experienced directors/designers this summer!!!
I must confess, I judged a book by its cover... the two costume girls came into town yesterday and they reminded me of petty junior high girls. Through out today, we've had chances to talk and start to get to know each other and they're so great!
Tomorrow is our last day to work before actors come. eek! I feel mostly ok with where I'm at. Hopefully it doesn't rain so I can get out in the scene shop. I have a few more places in town to investigate also. Oh! Penn State is letting us borrow props too! What a beautiful campus! Can't wait to go back =) maybe one day as a student!!
ps. If you have questions or other stuff you want to hear about, please feel free to let me know and I'll be sure to include it
